Our club staff is comprised of responsible adults who know how to help children open the door to a great future.

We’re proud to introduce our team. Our Administrative staff strive each day to support the mission, encourage the momentum of the movement in the community and have fun! 

  • Patti Alderson, Interim CEO

    Patti Alderson, Interim CEO

    Patti Alderson has lived in West Chester since 1972. She is a teacher, fundraiser, philanthropist and community leader.

    Patti began her career in fundraising at the Ursuline Academy in 1995 and founded the first House Raffle in the Cincinnati area. Later, she founded the The Community Foundation of West Chester/Liberty and through her efforts built the Foundation to $13M in assets.

    In 2014 Patti founded the Boys and Girls Club of West Chester/Liberty so that local area children can have a safe space to grow and learn during after school hours. Patti has also served as Chair for the Building Campaign for the Boys and Girls Club’s new facility on Cincinnati-Dayton Road, raising $6.2M of the $6.8M necessary to complete the project.

    In her spare time Patti enjoys spending time with her husband, their two daughters and six grandchildren.

    Lauren Ellis, Director of Academic Success & Smith Unit

    Resides in Masonr, OH. Studied at Cincinnati Christian University and Sinclair Community College. Lauren has been at the Boys and Girls Club of West Chester/Liberty since their opening in June 2014. She has a desire to see young people thrive: to build them up so they can impact their friends, their schools, and their communities.

  • Emily Hardy, Director of Healthy Lifestyles and Liberty Unit

    Emily Hardy, Director of Healthy Lifestyles and Liberty Unit

    Resides in Mount Orab, OH. Studied Elementary Education at Xavier University. Emily has been at the Boys and Girls Club of West Chester/Liberty since August 2015. She is a mother to a teenage daughter and they often play and write songs together. Emily strives to make a difference in children's lives and positively impact their futures.
